Skipped the other Annos in between, 2070 was awful. 1800 not so much anymore, because it was just more of the same. So my question is, which of the two games gives you more control over everything and it is more complex: Anno 1800 or Workers and resources? I know it's an ambiguous question, but I can't think of a better way to make it xD.ĭisclainer: I play city builders since the early 1990s (Sim City on SNES, yay) and played the heck out of Anno 1602 in the dawn of time. I've already read that Workers and Resources combines City Skilines and Transport Fever, but I'd also like to know if it's more complex than Anno 1800 regarding trading and making goods. And I like Anno 1800, which is neither one nor the other but has things from both games. I like Transport Fever 2, but this one focuses almost exclusively on logistics. I like City Skilines, but it focuses too much on making the city beautiful and leaves out much about management. However, I miss that the logistics part would be more complex or have more control over trade. What I like about Anno 1800 is that you can create your factories, trade, and expand your territory.

But the game 'Workers and resources' is gaining much relevance lately, and I would like to know if this is more complex than Anno 1800 regarding everything in general. However, there are things that I miss (I won't go into detail so as not to bore you). I've been playing Anno 1800 for a while now and am really happy with it. I love management games (logistics, trading, factories, cities.), but 'the definitive' management game does not exist.

It would be very nice if you could answer this question to me.
